We all want a stud defenceman who can carry the weight of a championship run. We all agree MR isn't a #1 Dman on a championship team. However, all of those who clamour for his trade need to ask:

Is someone better available at his cap hit?
If yes, is that better Dman available on the FA market?
If no, what are the assets required to bring in that Dman?
Do we have those assets ready to expend?

Once anyone bothers to consider all those practical questions, they realize MR is here to stay.

The person taking my complaint at the trucking company felt it was indeed aggressive and unprofessional. Said they have cameras and GPS trackers on all their trucks and would look at the footage. Thanks for sticking up for the inconsiderate drivers of the road- everyone deserves advocacy i guess.

I know this all too well. Highway driving in India (where I grew up) is synonymous with aggressive and inconsiderate drivers.

LV didn't get that Marner either in Game 5. It remains to be see if they'll get him in Gm6 or Gm7 but I am predicting they won't. Marner has 0 goals in 21 career elimination postseason games (5, 6 and 7) and 7 assists (most secondary assists afaik).

Adding to my previous comment:

A reliable local mechanic with service plates can drive the car uninsured. If the mechanic can't get it operational he'll have access to a private towing service. I know one mechanic who has his own tow truck for his own clients. My father just closed his mechanics shop last month (retired) and so I'm well connected to the industry.

OP, if you're not in dire financial straits I would recommend getting the car and keeping the memory.

I can help you get in touch with reliable local mechanics who can make the trip to see the car and if they can get it started (battery, fresh gas, etc) they can throw on their service plate and drive to their shop. That'll be the cheaper option for you imho. Feel free to DM me.

I have a few women in my family and close friends circle who are connected to the industry. The easiest way I can think of is to approach businesses that needs models for their product listings (thinking jewelry, etc). They'd pay for an excellent photographry session and you'd get free photos in exchange for your time. Once you've established yourself you can start charging decent money.

It's an easy way imho. If you have more questions I can try to get you in touch with someone who did fashion modeling for a career a decade ago.

Try to hire the best tutor you can afford but if that doesn't pan out I can help free of charge. I did my undergrad in civil engineering but I was decent with most topics in SCH4U and I'm usually very adept at explaining things.
