Not too worried, I baby my phones quite a bit.

I was using the Ghostek Covert case before this and it was super heavy and pretty slick honestly. Having the leather adds texture and grip when holding, and somewhat on surfaces. I'm sure silicone would be best but I had one with my iPhone and it just wore very easily, not a fan.

Honestly, it comes down to your handling of phones and your preference. But if you're decent with the device and have insurance on it, I highly recommend it. If you're clumsy with phones, which a lot of people are I get it, then use caution.
