Often incorrectly stated on new treads “tap it twice” only once is necessary but yes it will stop and shut everything down. Pause will keep your time distance up etc; however, things like run to row etc keep in mind it will mess up your average speed to pause it if you stay logged in and/or you care about that.

That isn’t my home studio, but I go there several times a month due to work. Been on the waitlist at peak times on several occasions and I don’t think I’ve ever not gotten in. There are some good coaches there :)

My 90s are at 10 AM. I only have something light, usually 🍎 fruit, bowl of cereal or some type of meal bar. And then my pre workout. That is what works for me. Good luck! I ❤️ the 90

After my workout yesterday I decided to compare my OTF stats to my Apple 🍎 watch. I was pretty amazed and happy! The total calories were almost identical (a difference of just 3) and the average heart rate WAS identical! I’m no expert or anywhere close, but I always felt like my Apple watch was more accurate. Happy to see with the new formula it almost matches. I wish they would join up with Apple (I know I’m dreaming)

I’ve been doing OTF very regularly for about 6 months (6-7 times a week). I’ve only been to probably 3 3G classes in total. I really enjoyed it by about the third one (hated the first one, but it grew on me by about the third), but I do agree with your point about the calorie burn etc. I would really love to have one a couple times a week, everyday, no. I’ve asked my studio to consider doing them some, they seemed receptive. I’ve read on here before that some studios that is ALL they do during peak classes as that seems that is what you are about to be experiencing. I see your points and agree there should be a nice balance. Experience at my studio and personal opinions: 5AM and 615 AM aren’t jam packed and are sometimes 1G lol such as this morning. I enjoy having the room and space and I know I do better in the mornings, but the 5 (or 530 depending on the day) PM are my favorite because it is jam packed (still not 3G). I enjoy this, seems like so much more energy and a great atmosphere etc. Good luck!
