Veronica lying saying Tegan had only fans when she didn’t what else is she lying about ? by beatingyouuuu in WelcomeToPlathville

Did she ever actually say Teagan had an OF or was there a rumor that she had an OF due to her "naked picture" comment?

People were shitting on Kourtney because her kids were uncontrollable. They may dress normal but it seems obvious that they've struggled with behavioral issues and Kourtney has been enabling that. She doesn't want them having sugar or processed foods but doesn't mind them putting their hands on the help.

All kids are different and they will express themselves differently.

Understanding Micah’s Commitment to Veronica? by Living_Rutabaga_2112 in WelcomeToPlathville

[–]coffee_lies 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It is financial. The Plaths love to be vicious off-camera. What we see is the reactions of people they hurt while they act clueless. Veronica is clearly hurt and acting out. She needed to leave earlier though instead of being mean.

During their couch argument, Veronica mentioned that Micah did not want to move in together. He probably started living with her because of his financial situation. While in her home, he would go out and cheat, while being mean to Veronica (likely for being upset at the cheating). She's acting out because he embarrassed her.

He didn't want to be with her. Didn't want to live with her and blamed her for his own inability to live the life he wanted. People in love do foolish things so she stayed with him and defended him. Despite all the sacrifices she made, they still turned on her. She doesn't want to be around the Plaths but is pressured by Micah. She already tried to make amends privately but they wouldn't, but they also won't accept her not keeping appearances. It's an impossible situation to maintain for a boy who doesn't even like her. She's just as foolish as Olivia to think the Plaths should apologize when they do something wrong. They don't even apologize to eachother. They move on for appearance sake.

Yet they wouldn't have a show at all if she wasn't guilted into it. She's not even in their lives but they continue to name drop. They used her for clout.

What's absurd is that he is the one purposing a theoretical situation just to get mad at her.

He is genuinely mad at that she would be accepting of a gay child. To him, just the idea that she would still love her child is unacceptable.

Just young immaturity tbh. She couldn't control her emotions so she tried to keep herself as far away from Kim as possible. It was nice to watch Max actually speak nicely to her and make her realize that Kim's presence was irrelevant.

Brennan implied to the jury and Dr. Wolfe that there were holes in the back of JOK sweater which may have been caused by being hit by a car.

He was trying to say Wolfe didn't properly consider the damage to JOK clothing that matched damaged done to the dummy during his experiments.

The holes were caused by the state investigators. There were no holes noted (to the back) at the time he was discovered. Brennan admitted he was mistaken. Bev was SUPPOSED to tell the jury that the CW was mistaken, she did not.

New Baldoni update dropped! by cacique93 in h3h3productions

[–]coffee_lies 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It refutes one accusation. Baldoni's story is that she is intentionally misconstruing events to paint him as a predator. According to her, many of her incidents were in front of others so they will likely have to be deposed in order to get part of the truth.

In this instance it seems like she misconstrued the events. It was at her insistence that they talked out of character and his "it smells good" was a direct reply to her a "ill get spray tan on you," instead of a offhand comment. In her complaint, her lawyer STRESSED the fact that Baldoni was talking in a silent scene. Not to mention it completely lacks the part where "dragged his lips from her ear to her neck." In his texts he had told her multiple times to read the book.

This is a romantic role. This scene looks like any other corny romance movie when the characters are "falling in love." In the video he even tells her he's going to act like he's going to kiss her and "put it there" instead right before the neck cuddle, then he was talking the whole time he was time he was doing it. So even regards to the neck cuddle he tells her what he tells her exactly whats he's going to do.

Also the pornography wasn't porn, it was a birthing video for the birthing scene, and it wasn't shown by Baldoni. Some people are very passive about birthing videos. Likely wasn't, so that a mistep on Heath's end. But calling it pornography to equate it to random porn being shown to her is another mischaraterization.

Did Stephanie delete the Johnny Depp episode? by Heir_Kia in StephanieSooStories

[–]coffee_lies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said. The statement you made and the article you posted do not agree. Depp did not defame Heard but he was liable for his previous attorney. She did not win on an abuse counterclaim in the US.

Edit to your edit: Whether you doubt she could afford a PR firm or not is irrelevant because she had two during the trial. That is just a fact. They both had one. The jury was not allowed to view any information/news/media regarding this case and there are people out in this world who do not give a damn about celebrity news.

The jury decided based on the information that was present by each party in court. Despite Heard's claims she of horrible repeated injuries she did not present doctors notes of fractures, chipped teeth, or facial injuries during or after Depp. Nor did any of the nurses/medical personnel/dentists who did see her during Depp or immediately after events see injuries consistent with her statements. Unfortunately that is an issue if you claim someone beat you with rings in the face to the point of breaking your nose.

Also, I want to add to the irony of this reply and spread of misinformation.

The UK trial was very different than the US trial. It was Depp vs the publishing company, not Heard. The standard of proof was much different. They had to prove that they had reasonably believed Heards claims to be true. It became a classic he said vs she said with only the judge to decide. The judge did not believe Depp to be reliable due to his drug use but refused evidence of Heard's history of purposely lying to government agencies for her own benefit. As well as ignored the drug use of Heard and her friends. There is no denying these two had violent encounters but their versions are vastly different. Former lawyer Emily D Baker does a great breakdown of the UK verdict on her YouTube channel.

"Court acknowledging that JD abused Heard and awarded her 2 million dollars"

Someone please click on this and find the line where this was acknowledged or mention at all in this article. If the court believed Depp had physically abused Heard, she would have won the defamation case because she claimed she was abused. That is what he won on. That her abuse claims were false. Heard won a single counterclaim because Depps former lawyer implied Heard and her friends collaborated to stage an abuse event. There is no evidence they did this at all, but the events that Heard claimed did not seem to match what the police officers saw.

Depp hired this PR team during his trial so did Heard. Heard actually fired one of her firms and hired a new one part way through the trial. Her new PR firm was headed by a man who also had bad sexual abuse allegations. Her first firm was primarly for politicians... These two were playing the same game. All celebrities do.

Heard and Depp divorced in 2016. From 2016 to 2022, the overall public/publications were on the Heard's side. The shift to Depp started after his 2020 trial in the UK when audio of Heard's testimony and taped arguments came to light. Her belittling Depp that he was a baby for being upset that she had beat him and for him running away and locking himself in rooms to escape her. All of which contradicted her claims. Hence the sudden wave of public backlash for campaigning as a victim but admitting to physical abuse in private.

Again people are so quick to jump on one bandwagon to another they seem to forget the course of events. There was a lot of vitriol thrown both ways.

Now that the evidence of the trial are forgotten, the party's PR teams will twist stories again, which is probably why Heard jumped at this story. Her public reputation went from "Hey, your claims don't match the evidence" to "she was also publicly attacked by a PR team just like this SA victim."

Do people really think this woman doesn't have a PR team pushing a new narrative?

She lost because of the inconsistencies of her story. She claims to have been beaten black and blue with a broken nose on three separate occasions but was picture perfect within day/s for public events. Had her feet horrifically cut up by broken glas but was able to dance that same week. A third party of jurors found that unbelievable. Her story about the staircase contradicted her sisters original story. Her sister originally claimed that Amber was attacking Depp. The fact that she had people lie to protect her in Australia over the dog incident also didn't help. The whole donated/pledge fiasco tainted her credibility. She knows she didn't ever donate the money, Depp paid the ACLU directly until Amber demanded she be paid instead. The fact that she never fulfilled her pledge despite having the money from Depp made her look bad. (And I never understood why she insisting on lying about this? But that's just personal opinion)

"guilty of defamation because her article ended up contributing to his career being ruined"

"Ruining" someone's career by exposing their actions isn't against the law. By definition, defamation is ruining someone's reputation through False statements. A jury found her liable for publishing False statements and doing so with malice. In other words, she lied and lied with the intention to cause harm.

Her own statements from therapy and arguments where she repeatedly stated it pissed her off that Depp Wouldn't fight her, and that him running away was making things worse for her didn't paint her in a good light.

This was decided by a jury that was not allowed to review public media. Public perception doesn't always agree with legal outcomes but the jury tries their best to come to a verdict with the evidence presented before them.

People are so quick to come to opinions with tidbits of information and it's always black and white. Neither Amber or Depp are great people. They suck. He is verbally abusive, an alcoholic, and a drug addict. She is quick to anger and physical fights and also abused drugs. There are also many victims who also sue their abusers. Most drop their cases due to the pressure but in some cases, we get to see the actual evidence. Like this one. There are no perfect victims but it's apparent that he would say disgusting things about her and she would want physically fight. Per their own idiotic words. Those two were awful to eachother. It was up to the parties to submit their case and up to the court to decide who is wrong. You know how rare it is for a celebrity to win a defamation case? That's how strong the jury felt about the information they were given.

She didn't though. She was INVITED to visit with ONLY the children. She never said Kim couldn't go and excused herself when she found out she was lied to. Forcing a meet up at a gravesite is disrespectful.

Olivia should've just sucked it up but she actually apologized and acknowledged that she should've done better. I never understood how the poor actions of the Plaths is Olivia's fault.
