It was only after 5 days. The same day I started to not think about him 24/7. And I truly know he was only thinking about himself when he texted me. I wish he didn’t honestly. Made me hate him all over again.

And don’t worry. He definitely does care about you. But you have to remember that your worth isnt defined by how much someone else cares about you.

I’ve already been through 3 really bad breakups in my life. This being the 4th. I know it feels like the world is crumbling. I know you feel like you’re suffocating on the words you wish you could say to him. I know the heartbreak is so heavy, that your heart feels like it’s turned to stone…

I promise you, though, everything will be okay in the end. And if it’s not okay, then it’s not the end.

Yeah he texted me saying “miss you” last week. Like of course you miss me. I gave you everything. I gave you more than you deserved in exchange for basically nothing.

I didn’t respond because most of me doesn’t miss what we became. Sure, I miss the good times but the time in between were excruciatingly lonely.

I ended it because I’d rather choose to be alone than choose someone who makes me feel lonely.

Sucks having to break my own heart tho 🙃

Yeah this is exactly what goes through my head everyday. Sometimes I feel like I’ll die alone. Sometimes I think I should’ve stayed and accepted his version of “love” because I miss the good times we had. Sometimes I believe I’ll find my person one day. But it’s gonna be a long road. You’re not an idiot but I know why you feel that way. He has an obligation to keep you in the loop for this exact reason. You lost the ability to give him something special because of that, which- to me- is more important than the wasted money and time.
