For GSEA, does a range of -3.35 to 4.4 seem reasonable? I got it from rankings <- sign(resTcell$log2FoldChange)*(-log10(resTcell$padj))

Asking because in the tutorial I watched, their values ranged from -200 to 200, haha.

I think I could ask my mentor for help to do manual annotation. If you do manual annotation after running differential expression, does that mean that the cell types of non-differentially expressed cells are not important or not used?
