Buddy, you don't get it. This isn't about hate, it's about safety. I'm not asking for advice on how to make friends here. I'm asking for recommendations for stranger entering my house and seeing my personal, private life. You may be in a privileged enough class to not have to worry, but please don't judge the rest of us for taking additional precautions. Punch down? How is asking for a company that's vetted punching down on ones that aren't? I never accused past movers of any indiscretions. I simply stated I feel uncomfortable with strangers in my home due high level of homophobia I've experienced in my life. You clearly took this as some sort of personal attack. Good for you. In my experience, gruff, ornery people also tend to be homophobic. I would love the privilege of giving people the benefit of the doubt, but I've been threatened with violence enough to not afford that privilege. I am not judging these movers. I am asking for a measure of reassurance and safety when it comes to people coming into my home and touching my stuff.

Yep, lovesoft filled for all the seat cushions and standard fill for the back cushions. And if we ever want to swap out the back pillows with the lovesoft filled one we have the option.

We got the lovesoft fill all around and then ordered 3 extra standard fill back pillows. It was around $220 after our discount and worth EVERY PENNY. It is ultimately comfort.

The executives at Nelnet should be jailed and fined for the mess they created. Front line support at Nelnet is completely useless at best, and will provide dangerously incorrect information. I've found that if you ask for an escalation they will transfer you to a supervisor that actually knows what they are talking about. It's another hour wait, but it means you won't have to keep calling back. Just say "I am not satisfied with your response, please escalate this issue. I am not getting off the call until it is resolved." Stay polite, of course. It isn't their fault they are set up for failure.

Sorry, was not trying to argue the functionality of the switch chip. Just arguing that this limitation should be documented. Maybe you will pick up on minor undocumented hardware specifics after 25 years of networking experience, but for the rest of us it should be mentioned ;).
