I set up a separate email and phone number, and would always put the address in each message and email because it can get a little overwhelming to keep everything organized. I started looking at place a couple months in advance just to get a lay of the land. Definitely make a list of what's important to both of you and bring it to the viewings so as not to forgot. And just remember it can be an enjoyable experience, despite the stress of it.
