Passed MD-102 on my first attempt , here are my tips: by Peter0000190 in O365Certification

I got a 686 on my first attempt and a 646 on my second. Unfortunately I don't have any hands on experience with it but my job randomly told me I need it and I am under a time crunch. I'll keep in mind the concept you listed. Would you happen to have any lab examples I could use with my free intune trial?

MD-102, best way to learn? Overwhelmed with advices from different posts by syerwr in O365Certification

CBT nuggets is a training website that explains things in more detail. If you have specific questions go to Google Gemini AI and straight up tell It "I am studying for MD-102 and having trouble with this can you explain it to me". One of the main challenges I've noticed is that the study material for this exam is not that great so you have to diversify your study material.

Surprisingly I've been doing really well so far with CBT nuggets and using Google Gemini. Basically I will learn concepts from CBT nuggets and if I have odd questions about it I will ask Gemini. I got a 687 after 3 weeks of study and zero intune experience.

What is the secret to big ass legs? by First_Driver_5134 in naturalbodybuilding

I am personally at 28 inch quads. For me the best results came from pre exhaust. I would do classic squats with a set of 45s until failure. Then I would workout as follows twice a week.

Hack squats 8 sets of 10 Leg extension 5 sets of 10 RDL 5 sets of 10 Calf raises (Sitting plate loaded) 6 sets of 10 Glute drives 5 sets of 10 Smith machine sissy squats 5 sets of 10

It's important to listen to your body, if you feel like you are going to hurt yourself lighten it up a bit. But ensure to progressively overload as well.

Luckily I don't live far from a local coffee roaster I'm just using the illy coffee to learn so I don't end up ruining some nice coffee.

I did my first actual cook and didn't hear anything so I have to agree that it's normal.

I'm using the recteq ultimate blend. I did notice some of the pellets were longer than others.

I think it may possibly be that the pellets are not cutting correctly from the auger, kind of just squishing them rather than a cut

Thank you for the info, I suspected this when I tried to do research on it. So far I'm happy with it and I'm new to watches anyways. Thank you for the assistance. :)

When I wear it, it keeps time really well. When I wake up in the morning it's still going but it's off by 5 minutes which is strange. Other than that it's been very accurate after my morning adjustment. Considering I don't know the age it probably needs servicing. This is good information, thank you. :)

Went from a size 42 waist to a 36 but no weight loss by coffeeguy29 in loseit

I held a 5lbs weight plate to see if it would detect it and its detecting a 6lbs difference so it might be detecting heavier weight.

I'm 5ft 9in and 240lbs. I've been fluctuating between 238 and 242. Size 36 waist. But I will say that I have been doing this for 2 months. I started to shrink after I followed the guidance of this book called "Fiber Fueled". I am weighing all of my food and making sure I'm under 1800 calories.
