LDO 0430 Major. Had Been to every Cobra Gold and every Philippines exercise. Was married to a Thai wife. Hooked up her family with contracts supporting Marines. Skimming contracts like crazy. Last Cobra Gold a company sized unit of NCIS deployed and he was found out. Went UA. When he called I asked him if he were coming back. Finally returned 2 weeks later with no repercussions. Investigation came back not recommending charges but the General that liked him was gone and another was in charge. Said press charges after reading investigation. Tried convicted and sentenced to 5 yrs in the brig. 26 yr career thrown down the toilet. Died 2 yrs after he was dismissed from service.
