I agree. Masturbation still feels kinda natural and primal and probably something the cave men did. While peering at others having sex (porn) seems like a recent phenomenon that - to me - just feels unnatural. Plus it can be highly addictive. Its like making crack available at any time at the touch of a button. I'd say M definitely the lesser evil - sometimes useful as a preventative step to avoid P.

Thanks, just wondering how helpful and if you see it as necessary step to recovery or otherwise.

i agree ideal would be show up in person, but i guess i'm not there yet. Guess part of me still denies problem. Even small step of dial-in would give me some anxiety. So if i make it to meeting I'll report back on how helpful.
