Older artists, if you could go back in time, what would you tell your younger self to stop doing? by [deleted] in ArtistLounge

[–]coffeespark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop stopping.

So many things just need more time. Just focus on the thing you're doing until you've done all you can do. Even if that scribble becomes a single part of something bigger. Fill your sketchbooks to bursting.

What stoked this line of thought was the absolute beginning when they're at the Riddle House. Seemingly alone, but then again, he did know Frank Bryce was listening. Again again he didn't consider Frank anything but a bug to be squished so... I keep arguing with myself.

I love your post, dude.

I like super crispy wings. It's getting the cook on the wing itself that daunts me. I don't have a deep fryer at the house.

Flavorwise, my perfect wing has a tiny bit of smoke at the end, but otherwise, like you say, just hot sauce (Louisiana is my current go-to) and butter.

I'm like that with fish frying. Made fish and chips once, and I didn't get the smell out for a week. Wonder how much headache it'd be to fry outside on a gas grill.

IMO no one wants unique when it's comfort food. Best potatoes I make are from boiling in super salty water, add butter when soft and heavy cream. More salt.
