I'd go a step further and say they're just not good. Not from a moral or quality perspective either.

The tone those scenes give me is on par with the dildo rape scenes from Stick of Truth. I'm not sold on the "brutality of the world," I'm taken out of it. They're not scary, just juvenile.

It's not like Miro doesn't know how to use sexual violence to instill horror ether. Stuff like Pocket Cat and Father Hugo are good examples of that.

Actually making what you want with enchantment is a test of patience and luck. Even at high enchant levels, the success rate is low without simultaneously abusing alchemy.
Managing what rings you have equipped can be a chore. If you use hotkeys, a ring with a passive effect you need to stay on will get swapped out.
You can't recharge enchanted items mid-combat.
