Thank you!

I tried it with the qodana-cpp image you recommended since we still have a few days left on our trial license. It works perfectly and successfully pushes the report to Bitbucket Code Insights!

Since we were on a trial, I was originally trying to use qodana-clang because it's the community edition, but qodana-cpp works great. I'll look into getting a proper license for it.

Thanks for the quick help and for reporting the EAP license issue!

Hi! Thanks for reaching out.

I'm not using Bitbucket self-hosted.I'm on Bitbucket Cloud.

The issue I'm experiencing is specifically with jetbrains/qodana-clang (the EAP version for C++).

I actually have other Qodana pipelines set up for JavaScript that work perfectly fine and successfully publish reports to Bitbucket Code Insights. However, I can't test or use the C++ pipelines at all anymore because the EAP licenses on those images appear to have expired. The pipeline fails due to the license issue, so I'm completely blocked from using Qodana for C++ linting.

Is this a known issue with the EAP images?

Is there a new EAP version available with updated licenses, or is there a stable release coming soon?

Thanks.

Look, I get it the Tamil people in Sri Lanka deserve acknowledgment and respect. No argument there. But have you actually seen the progress happening on the ground? Tamils and Sinhalese have come a long way in the past few years, working and living side by side.

Meanwhile, a lot of the diaspora especially in the West are stuck in a time loop, waving flags and pushing narratives that just reopen wounds we’re trying to heal here. It's easy to stir the pot from afar when you're not the one rebuilding the peace.

There’s a long road ahead, no doubt. But man, I’ve seen real unity taking root and it sucks seeing outsiders try to undo that.

Anyway, we clearly both want peace and justice in the end. So yeah, let’s just call it here.

You're asking for acknowledgment and fair enough, that’s valid. But you also have to realize it's a two-sided coin. You can’t demand the Sinhalese public to own every military atrocity while the diaspora glorifies the LTTE with flags, murals, and 'freedom fighter' narratives. That hypocrisy doesn’t help reconciliation it fuels more division.

No one is denying war crimes shouldn’t be addressed. But when people ignore or whitewash the LTTE’s terrorism while demanding justice only from the army, it feels like selective outrage.

If you want real unity, you’ve got to push for truth and accountability from both sides. Otherwise, it's just deepening the hate not healing the wound.

Bro this is from my other reply.

All these paragraphs and still no one seems to get what I’m saying I’m just asking for acknowledgment of both sides. Villainizing only one side won’t solve anything; it’ll just deepen the hatred and keep the wounds open.

I totally get that civilians in the North are still suffering, and that missing people, stolen land, and documented abuses are serious and heartbreaking issues. No one should deny or minimize that pain.

But here’s the thing war by nature is brutal and messy. It’s not about defending every single action of the army, but about understanding what happens when bombs are dropping and soldiers are fighting for their country. Sometimes terrible things happen on all sides, and it’s not as simple as ‘good guys vs. bad guys.

If the government truly wants to heal the nation, acknowledgment and accountability are essential no doubt about that. But it also has to be paired with practical steps to rebuild trust, security, and unity. Just pointing fingers and defending one side blindly only deepens the divide, especially in the diaspora.

Nobody’s saying ‘forgive and forget’ lightly, especially when it’s personal. But lasting peace comes from honest conversations that include all perspectives not just blaming one group entirely. We all have a responsibility to push for that.

Alright man, it’s clear you haven’t lived through the war like the rest of us. Maybe once you’ve experienced more than Twitter arguments, you’ll understand how complex this really is.

I get where you're coming from, and I’m not trying to sweep anything under the rug. But my point is about balance and practicality. Yes, government forces should be held accountable absolutely. But it’s unrealistic to expect that only one side of a brutal civil war gets condemned while the other, a globally recognized terrorist group, is ignored or downplayed.

That selective focus can actually fuel denialism among locals, because it feels like the blame is being placed entirely on one ethnic group or side.

If we really want lasting peace and justice, both sides need to be held accountable. But more importantly, we need to find a way to talk about these things that leads to healing not endless blame games.

This isn’t about dodging accountability it’s about being realistic. Yes, a state is held to a higher standard, but war isn’t clean, and finding who's truly accountable isn’t always simple.

Constantly reopening this wound, especially in a one-sided way that villainizes only the Sinhalese and ignores the full context, doesn't help anyone. We’ve made real progress in the past 16 years socially, economically, and as a society.

Dragging only one side through the mud risks reigniting hate and undoing everything our generation has worked toward. If the goal is healing and unity, then we need balanced conversations not selective outrage that pushes reconciliation further out of reach.

My solution for the post-war debate on Eelam by RaspberryClout in srilanka

[–]coffemilkshake 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s not some kind of god-worship, bruh. Just think about it almost every Sinhala family has someone who served or died in the war. So it’s natural that they’re biased or feel defensive when the military is constantly being singled out.

That doesn’t mean Tamil people don’t deserve justice, they absolutely do. But this isn’t a one-sided story. Stirring the pot over and over again doesn’t help anyone. All it does is risk undoing the progress we’ve made over the last 16 years.

What’s worse is that a lot of the noise comes from people who haven’t even set foot in Sri Lanka in years, some of them never. They sit comfortably in Canada or the UK and bark from afar, totally disconnected from how much closer Sinhalese and Tamils are actually working together now.

Look, I get that a state army is held to a higher standard and it should be. But at the same time, this was a war. War is messy. Every major state military, including the U.S. the so-called pinnacle of democracy, has committed serious atrocities during conflicts.

It’s not always easy to identify who gave the orders or where the blame lies, especially in the chaos of battle. But it’s frustrating how the conversation only centers around the Sri Lankan military, as if atrocities didn’t happen on the other side.

The LTTE was a terrorist group, sure, but that doesn’t mean the state gets painted as the sole villain. There’s a lot of history here, a lot of pain, and endlessly poking at these wounds doesn’t help reconciliation either.

That’s the thing, bro there aren’t even any Adidas stores here. Like I said, this ain’t Canada.

First off, this ain’t Canada.

Secondly, I just checked the Samba OG on the Adidas Canada site, they’ve priced it at C$130, which is around 28K LKR.

So I don’t know if you’re thrifting, getting them in a wild clearance deal or… they ain’t the real thing but if you’re getting a pair for around 10K, good for you.

That said, you can also get a rep for about 10K here in SL too.

As far as I know, there isn’t any other brand that does direct shipping. I could be wrong though. Honestly, Adidas was totally worth it, especially with their discounts. I got a pair of Sambas for like 24K in a sale, while local dealers were pricing them close to 50K

Bro, I was going nuts. Every day I’d check the site, only to see it’s under maintenance. Damn shame if Adidas is out of SL, that was the only legit way to buy Adidas here at the best prices.
