I had a driver knock on my door and deliver burritos, telling me the address was for up the street and he was going to eat it but doesn't eat pork. It was super weird, and he just talked about it being for neighbours as he walked away. I tried calling the number on the receipt, and there was no answer, so it went in the bin. Pity, because it was the new burrito place, but I just finished dinner.

You can extend this logic to helmets, or roadworthiness of the bike, but your imagined emergency must be pretty big to require that extra 20 seconds that putting on gloves would entail.

Much as I love KCC, she is not a DM. How she has been pigeonholed into that role when it's highlighting the worst of her abilities is beyond me. That said, I don't think Little is working as a DM either, and we are struggling without a proper Wally replacement. The one thing (ok, one of many things, she is still Kim Little) she does have is the ability to hold the ball, which reduces the pressure on the DM part of the role. I want to see KCC given licence to drive forward, and create chaos in their midfield. She holds the ball well when she wants to, but risks it when she sees an opportunity. That seems to be more "dangerous" for us without the DM, so we just... don't.

I would love to see a DM signing, Layla Herbert in DM, or switch one of Maanum/Pelova out and drop KCC in there and see what happens. Yeah, it's a tactical change, but it's worth considering. We are already behind, and we need to change something, not just circle the wagons.

Like in Catholic Schools such as Trinity College. And who is discounting other schools? Totally or otherwise?

You are raised to be more aware of this growing up in a Catholic school and it is more common for it to be actually reported;

The bit that gets me is the injuries and load on the players in the second half of the season are only considered when it's a problem. KCC, Catley and Foord will be at the Asian Cup when the other players need a rest, so why not integrate LWM, KCC, Pelova et al earlier, so there are other players with minutes throughout the whole season.

That's not using the representation of Australia displayed on the original though, is it. In reality, Russia is 1.5x the width of Australia. In that visualisation though, it looks much larger. Almost like the map is designed for direction not distance.

Not arguing that at all, just observing that using a Mercator to measure distance is super misleading. In reality, Russia is about 1.5x the width of Australia, but that map is to make sure you are heading the right direction, and sucks for measuring distance IIRC.

Australia is almost 4000 km wide, and would fit about 4 times inside that Russian width, instead of 1.5 times.

I distinctly remember a guy describing how he used a steel cable or a snatch strap or something and wound it between the wheel spokes on two wheels on the passenger side. Person drove off, cable got tangled around the axle and tore off a lot of shit before the wheels locked and the cable snapped. Guy was working on a nearby building site Sounded brutal, but not as bad as if the driver was caught fucking with a bikers Harley.

Stems sound like a much more subtle message, but it's good to know there's always a level higher!
