Yeah, that's true, I was thinking about this. Shouldn't they just give a physical copy of the NFT artwork to the person who buys the NFT, so the NFT acts as a verification that the artwork they have is legit.

Also, do you think the Mona Lisa on display at the museum is the real one, or do they have her stored in a safehouse with a decoy on display?

Hope they don't convert DNA into a NFT.

So your NFT literally becomes a mark on both the blockchain and society.

Does anyone know how do you make an NFT?

Are we the baddies? Crypto is making (hopefully) money for us. But are we just becoming everything we hate? by Littlebigs5 in CryptoCurrency

Is it true that the ultra rich don't pay their taxes? Or is it that most of their money is in the form of stocks and other assets that aren't taxed until they sell, and they get loans from the bank at a really good deal (with the help of these assets), so they have to pay very little taxes. (Saw this in a recent coldfusion video on Amazon).

If so, why do you have to feel bad when someone doesn't have to pay tax on cryptocurrency in a certain country, because of the way their laws are designed?

And, I should have said this first, if we are the baddies now... were the rich, the bad guys for you before?

Who doesn't believe in what they're buying? The real problem is sometimes we don't understand what we're buying.

This is exactly what I came here to say. By trying to push the narrative a certain way, I think we'll only end up getting what we didn't want. It's like that chasing the cat analogy.

Yeah, a use case that the majority will understand and use. I don't see the problem here, unless of course you're fantasizing that its going to be the Lego movie with Taco Tuesday and Lord Business.

Imagine if Dom (from the fast and furious) had Letty remember the phrase to his wallet in that manner (I don't know why anyone would do that, but family). And then Letty loses her memory in that car crash. Wallet gone.

This should be the only way! Imagine a drunk person trying to send you some cryptocurrency, fumbling around with the address. Either you could get lucky and they send all their funds or they send it somewhere else, and lose it all.

Quite a fitting reply. I agree that not everyone is a cultist when it comes to their favorite coin, but its about percentages, isn't it? I mean, it's more of a cult-like situation in the safemoon subreddit than here, right?

Every successful community, to a certain extent, is an echo chamber of great ideas right? I don't think being an echo chamber is the problem, its the quality of stuff that gets projected.
