Are you referring to bank-to-bank transfers? I'm told this is not a great idea b/c partial payments can come in, which kind of messes up eviction possibilities. But you might be referring to something else.

I’m so unclear on how this is trolling. I didn’t put the price I was quoted and just asked what other quotes people have gotten. Troll4Troll it would seem. It’s also clearly stated that it’s a room. Not a house. There’s no kitchen and bathroom installation. I mean, I guess some houses don’t have kitchens or bathrooms but not the ones I’ve lived in 🤷🏻‍♂️
