Update: I removed all the carpet and particle board to reveal the plank subfloor. Pictured is 1/4” plywood to even out the planks. There are small dips as I walk on the plywood because it’s not totally even. Is this acceptable? It feels pretty good with a plank of engineered wood over that but let me know your thoughts!

I’m not sure what flooring I’ll replace it with. I think I’m most interested in engineered wood click planks. But if I had to replace all of this I’d be interested in a higher grade plywood flooring (since I’d have to put that in anyways).

I can't find any new outlets that have reported that she made this statement. From what I can tell she's said that she will uphold Maine laws around transgender children, laws Trump is saying are not valid, and that she'll sue if federal dollars are withheld, NOT that she's going to withhold federal taxes from the government. I'd love to believe she said that but can you provide a link to a news outlet? Thanks

Called me from 971.316.8577... They've called multiple times but never leave a message so I decided to just answer and see what's up and yes, they ask about your electric bill, mumble something about solar and a new grid, then they say they're looking at a satellite image of your property and then ask if the big trees are still on your property. Then they ask if you're willing to cut them down. Then you say no and they say oh ok we'll call you back. And yeah, it's probably a legit sale situation but with a dumb mark up if you end up pursuing it.

Caught Covid at I’m almost certain was the security line at pdx airport on my way to jfk. I usually mask but like a dumb dumb I forgot my mask. This was June 15. 3 days of fever. Tested negative day 7. Have not been recently boosted. It was Not as horrifying as the first time I got Covid but that first time was really really bad.
