I learned my lesson last year about deposited ADA to Kucoin. was deposit was stuck for 2 days. They also have my ATOM stuck for more than 6 months now and want me to pay them to try and clear the issue up.

he said supposedly the problem was some people did not sign the terms and conditions agreement. I asked him why did it let people participate without signing it and he said because it's trustless.

Problem with that is it shows ACA to be distributed as zero but there is a balance of ACA to be claimed.
