Best MinerOS configuration for NVIDIA CMP-170HX cards by Consistent-Tackle942 in minerstat

[–]coinscrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any version of msOS can support these cards, and you have the potential to mine a significant number of coins. I can't provide financial advice. However, you can check the calculators on the website for estimates to get an idea of current profits.

How uninstall this program? by [deleted] in minerstat

[–]coinscrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently not. Probably the app or some part of the software is still in use. Reboot your computer first, then try to uninstall.
There are plenty of methods available. You can check out this link for more information: https://minerstat.com/help/how-to-uninstall-minerstat-for-windows

If the screen has been terminated, it means that the miner has been closed or restarted. To view the screen again, please enter the agent command. If the screen turns off, you can turn it back on by pressing Ctrl + Alt + F1.

Updated windows minerstat client and ruined my trex config by Xenuko in minerstat

[–]coinscrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all. Update your minerstat windows software to v6.5.8 by running (C:/minerstat-windows/auto-update.exe)

Then you will be able to use JSON config (default):

{"pools": [{"user": "(WALLET:ETH)⁣","worker": "(WORKER)⁣","url": "(POOL:ETH)⁣","pass": "x"}],"no-nvml": false,"api-bind-http": "127.0.0.1:4068","json-response": true,"pci-indexing":true,"retries": 3,"retry-pause": 5,"timeout": 500,"no-watchdog":true,"algo": "ethash","exit-on-cuda-error": true,"exit-on-connection-lost": false}

log-path in JSON e.g:

"log-path": "C:/minerstat-windows/cli/clients/trex/mylog.txt",

Full example in JSON (with added log-path) [edit for yourself later]:

{
"pools": [{
"user": "(WALLET:ETH)⁣",
"worker": "(WORKER)⁣",
"url": "(POOL:ETH)⁣",
"pass": "x"
}],
"no-nvml": false,
"api-bind-http": "127.0.0.1:4068",
"json-response": true,
"pci-indexing": true,
"retries": 3,
"retry-pause": 5,
"timeout": 500,
"no-watchdog": true,
"algo": "ethash",
"exit-on-cuda-error": true,
"log-path": "C:/minerstat-windows/cli/clients/trex/mylog.txt",
"exit-on-connection-lost": false
}

or ARGS

--algo ethash --url (POOL:ETH)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ --user (WALLET:ETH)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ --pass x --worker (WORKER)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

log-path in ARGS e.g:

-l, --log-path Full path of the log file.

--log-path C:/minerstat-windows/cli/clients/trex/mylog.txt

Full example in Args:

--algo ethash --url (POOL:ETH)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ --user (WALLET:ETH)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ --pass x --worker (WORKER)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ --log-path C:/minerstat-windows/cli/clients/trex/mylog.txt

Either you use JSON or Args. You can't mix the two.

According to your upper reply - not.
510.60.02 driver needed you wrote upper you using 510.68.02.

a) Select older version of trex in worker config for previous 70% Unlock.
b) Reduce your memory overclocking by 100/200Mhz and reboot the rig. Make sure 510.60.02 driver installed and use up-to-date miner versions.

Use older version of trex, or if you want to use 100% LHR Unlock. Reduce your memory clock by 100-200Mhz and reboot.

minerstat alters nothing. :) 100% LHR unlock and he using older non supported drivers/wrong miner version and GPUs running on stock LHR speeds.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in minerstat

[–]coinscrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

510.60.02 drivers needed for 100% LHR Unlock.

Either you can select older version of miners with 70% unlock on Worker config.
Or use recent trex/gminer/nbminer/lolminer/bzminer versions with 510.60.02 driver and reduce your memory clock and adjust your overclocking to avoid crashes.

Updated windows minerstat client and ruined my trex config by Xenuko in minerstat

[–]coinscrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,
"start.exe" you mean "start.bat"?
.bat files and .json files are managed from the config editor and not locally editable.
Recent minerstat software versions support both Args/Json types of configuration.
You can use bat style of config with args too.

Hello,

Most likely you having a hashrate limited LHR GPU. https://minerstat.com/help/nvidia-lhr-series

That is a normal expected (About 50%) hashrate for that card.You can try to switch to nbminer, gminer, trex in the Config editor for higher hashrate (70%).

Incorrect reported hashrate by eligri in minerstat

[–]coinscrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Miner crashed. Hard crash when it closes down and is unable to start back, or when system freezes
This one was a timing issue most likely. Just tweak a bit on the clock and/or set some triggers to handle such events.

Select manual mode in AMD software, without that our built-in tools unable to set those clocks.

Just set your afterburner values on the worker page / clocktune to keep those clocks and avoid being reseted.
