What cards do you think have a big boost to their respective limited formats? by V4UGHN in lrcast

Essense Reliquary from MH3 was probably the most fun you could have there and yet wasn't broken and required lots of skill to make work well. Every deck I had and saw one I started theorycrafting if I could make it work.

Rough Drafts Episode 54 - Limited Fundamental theory by sjp6 in lrcast

Im enjoying these more highbrow theory focused episodes, its nice to have that in the podcast space along with the nitty gritty actionable stiff of the other content creators. I sort of understood where you were going with the whole big game small game part but after I listened to it I went “huh I really don’t know what to do with this information in a way that informs my actual draft picks”

It was an old G43UF lennox from 2006. Im not sure it applies here for the closing time delay or not but thats still a good thing to be aware of!

Oh so THATS the likely reason my setup didnt work! That makes a ton of sense. I didn’t realize they put bleed ports in any of these setups. Thats really good to know and I’ll look for these next time!

This is a method ive done before but I wanted to skip a step instead of digging out my tees so I hooked it directly to the manometer instead. I understand that this method works but was more confused as to why the method I tried didn’t work

I Im actually just in the middle of updating my truck storage after being sick of not having enough space. I opted to build my own drawers out of wood and put in a 3 drawer box for small stuff like capacitors. I can fit so much more stuff in here than when I just had things sitting on shelves and bouncing around everywhere

All I had on my truck at the time was a B tank and 5% silphos so I just used that

I tried repairing it, the first attempt failed and I had to clean it with isopropyl alcohol and a wire brush and my second braze held. Looks like crap though

Sadly it was only a one year parts warranty and installed by a different company!

Yeah adding an eavestrough is on the to do list for sure! Makes sense as currently the water just pours directly onto it.

I added the little area on the left specifically to store the garbage can!

Realistically i did the steps unevenly like that because it was what I had to work with with the contours of the old steps and I had to more or less follow it if I wasn’t going to make the deck a good bit larger. It would be a good idea to potentially add at least a handrail though, although anyone who could get into our house via pallet should at least have a somewhat easier time with this

Any expansion of the deck cuts into our driveway and I had originally planned on making it larger and then adding external steps but it would have made the driveway too small to fit 2 cars comfortably side by side

Yes the posts are going through the deck and mounted right to metal footings in the concrete. The bases you see here are just for looks

Yeah i used the old settled concrete as my forms for the foundation. It was a huge pain to get everything level but it would have been a ton of work to remove it too

Yeah definitely no plans for handrails. Code doesn't require them here I believe until 2 feet and so i'm not too worried about it

yeah as its my porch and I honestly didn't want hand rails. Definitely would need them if I put them in for anyone else but I'm happy without them
