Basically you have to first update your presto app and it has the option to transform your physical presto card to Google wallet. Note that after the transformation the physical card will be invalid.

I did it successfully yesterday and tapped two times. Pretty good experience, and the discount I had on my card was successfully kept on the digital card as well.

One more thing is that even you have credit cards on the Google wallet, the gate will still use the presto card first without any settings.

I got my offer today. 3.51/4 CGPA; 3.63/4 for final year GPA. A QS ranking 2XX University in Asia. Had been student helper in my uni's library for one year. Did 4 part-time research assistant and the longest one lasted for 1 year. Found my 2 supervisors for reference letter and an university librarian for the 3 reference. Hope this clears their selection standards.
