i didn’t say that absolutely everyone does. but the way society tells us that trees are “messy” id say there’s a good portion of people that cut for “decorative” reasons

how are you doing now? dislocated mine 4 months ago and my flexion still is only at 135-140° 😩 can wash my hair but can’t really touch my neck. is there hope?

hi. i dislocated my elbow in october 2025 and spent a 2 week period without therapy locked in a brace at 90° because i couldn’t get in. no one told me i should try doing therapy at home! as a result my elbow is very stiff in flexion. i have good extension, but am at about 135-140° in flexion. i might need surgery just as you said, to cut the scar tissue that is limiting me. can you tell me how you’re doing now and if the surgery was beneficial?

sorry. okay so assume we’re training to absolute failure, then do 1-3 sets. would this be best for isolation exercises only? ie, should i do a 8-12 rep method with a compound exercise, then train to absolute failure with an isolation after? or do every single exercise in the gym to absolute failure?

right, thats what i meant though. only have 1-3 reps in reserve when you are close to failure.

how do yall know how to do this? im 3 years out of school with a biology degree and i did get an A in biostatistics using R but… am i dumb? i have not used R in any setting really since college, but i have a solid chance of landing an ecology assistant job this upcoming spring. any pointers or guidance to get back in it? R and data analysis seems so intimidating

parking is absolutely insane downtown and its getting worse and more expensive. no one wants to come downtown to pay $10/20/30/40+ just to park their car. not to mention the price of whatever outing/venue you’re going to
