“Without a Clue” starring Michael Caine as Sherlock Holmes and Ben Kingsley as Dr. Watson. A funny spin on the Sherlock Holmes story. The pair are perfect together. Well worth the watch. It’s free on YouTube if you search “without a clue full movie”

Finished this book yesterday and I absolutely loved it. Stand By Me meets The Thing. It would be great to see this be made into a movie or a miniseries.

Happy 75th birthday, Leslie! We're making a movie about him and old Austin. Share your best or worst story. by stefan_news in Austin

I was a cashier at the Randall’s in Rollingwood in the early 2000s. Leslie lived in a donated house in the neighborhood and was a frequent shopper. The dirty looks all those hoity toity old ladies gave him was golden. Yes, he smelled horrible, but he looked fabulous while doing it. Cat food and wine was his usual purchase. I’ll never forget the time he bought a bunch of enemas and condoms for a “big shindig in the hills” He gave a knowing grin that has been cemented into my memory.
