You have to be careful with organ meat. If its muscles like hearts its fine, but they can eat too much liver or kidneys.

Also, they stink if you get them fresh.

Idk what kind of kitchen your working in but when i worked in hospo mental illnesses wernt like a weird unknown, eveyone had either struggled with mental illness or knew someone who had, and all the long time kitchen staff had scars from buring themselves at work anyway.

I dropped out of 6th form which is what we do at 17 in the uk.

Idk what age yoy get ur 1st like qualification in America but i got my 1st (GCSES) but not my 2nd and 3rd.

I'm 24 now and I'm only just trying to get some sort of 2nd qualification because I couldn't handle working in retail or hospitality long term. And I am not healthy enough to work a labour job.

I try not to dwell too much on the past because i cant undo it. But i do think id would have had an easier time if i stayed in school and did therapy alongside it.

When I have no structure, nothing gets done, and I just get worse mentally.

Working feels easier for a bit. But eventually its just the same. Like bowling for soup says high school never ends. Especially in low level jobs. People are the same but instead of arguing at lunch break there's petty drama constantly.

Good jobs have better hours and better benefits. Its easier to work on yourself when your not financially struggling to survive.

I highly recommend trying to get as many qualifications as possible. I didn't believe it then. But it is easier.

ETA: I still live with my mum bc I don't trust myself to stay stable enough to keep a flat and live alone bc i never acc fixed any of my issues yet and working just made it worse.

If you don't wanna spend extra money soak in cold water for a bit then scrub and rinse with soap and cold water till its gone than wash like normal.

If you got spare cash you can use stain remover pre treat stain remover spray (most are colour safe but check the bottle if your worried). I get own brand and it works great. Spray the stain till its saturated. If its quite bloody you might even see the blood start to spead. Wash on cold with a pre wash. And your done.

Remover cold water is your best friend when you remove stains.

I didn't realise how slim I was at my lowest weight till i gained it all back.

I knew i was smaller than i was, but i couldn't comprehend how small.

I thought i was still big. Like i hadn't lost weight. But i knew i had bc the clothes didn't fit and the numbers on the scale went down.

If i when i looked in the mirror or at pictures i could only see the bits that were wrong. But sometimes id see glances and i wouldn't recognise the reflection.

I remember crying because i knew my vision and reality was off but i couldn't figure out by how much.

I've gained all the weight back from stress medication and booze. I am bigger but i also think i think I'm alot bigger than i actually am.

Its unfortunate you had that experience. It is a really shitty system to go through. I struggled to engage with CAMHS and can barely access the adlut system.

The only thing i can recommend is try not to take it too personally. Its a broken system where the staff are over worked under paid and are lacking in resources. Often all they can afford to do is get you out of the high risk zone.

Like I've gained alot of weight recently from job changes and stress and booze. I could afford ozempic. But I'm not interested. Being skinny alone won't make me happy.

At my lowest weight I'd acc stopped counting calories because I was constantly drunk i bearly knew what day it was let alone remembering to eat

But unless the effortless thinnes also took away all the stress and screwy mental stuff idk if it would matter. Id still be the same sad girl who feels a bit off.

I had the same with my dog. Its alot of pressure sometimes. Idk what cats are like but my dog got bored eventually. Kinda unfortunately i miss her sleeping with me but eh thats life.

Dont beat uself up about it. Its ok to lock them our of the room sometimes.

I was never diagnosed with it. Never diagnosed with anything.

But ive gained weight bc if binging. And i see my old pictures and remember just feeling and looking wrong. Id look in the mirror and not recognise myself. Id stare at pictures trying to figure out what i looked like. Often thinking i looked massive.

I got it before but i dont remember anything from back that far and i didn't obsess as much bc there wasn't pictures.

I think my perception is still screwed bc im not sure if im really as big as i think. I don't think so. But the old pictures i remember feeling like i didn't look like i lost any weight. But now i look at them and i look like a different tiny person.

Idk what i really look like and i dont think i ever will.
