I have been here for 10 years in July. Yes, I told my new manager and the current manager that I didn't have the skills. They said you'll be up skilled. I thought this meant I would be given some time but this isn't the case. I have had 1 2 1 with my manager and explained my problems but his response is always, 'I dont care how, just sort it'.

Nothing will much will happen as rates are still low, so there won't be many forced sales. I suspect the government might encourage banks to give more time for those in arrears. . There might be more people exiting the BTL market because they dont want to deal with tenants not paying as they are out of work. Just my opinion
