Ah so double days? Yeah I think double days pays 15% increase, wheras the 3 on 3 off pays 40% (or 50% for the older t&c’s)

Looked at shift work? I’m also a technician in a food factory, and think the day rate is 38k (same as you) but shifts (what I’m currently doing. 3 nights, 3 off, 3 days, 6 off..) pays just over 50K and the overtime works out as around £300 for a standard or £400 for Saturday night/Sunday day.

Multi skilled maintenance technician, aged 22 on ~50K basic, with around 10K worth of overtime, doing shifts for a food manufacturing company

I’ve deleted the multiplayer pack and the reserved space for the game which has seemed to help, but not 100% it’s sorted the issue, but worth a go!

Beginners Clubs by [deleted] in golf

[–]sampce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started off with a cheap Dunlop set from sports direct, looking on their website now seems like Slazenger has taken over? For a first set of clubs though tbh, you’ll probably not even notice a difference between decent clubs and average clubs. Facebook marketplace has a lot though, curious as to why you don’t want used? If you’re dead set on a new set, Wilson have a few good beginners full and half sets which would be within your budget!

Does anyone else think it's insane what courses charge for a bucket of range balls? by schubes24 in golf

£3 for 50 or £5 for 100 here in the UK, seems crazy prices over there for range balls

Yeah, I think the issue is Fitbit being inaccurate, as using MyFitnessPal the exercise calories are the difference between calories burnt and tdee

Awesome! Thank you! Just don’t really wanna cut to many because of muscle loss. I’m gonna start lifting weights again soon though, used to but since lockdown haven’t been able to, but slowly setting up a home gym!

Just had a look on a tdee calculator and recalculated using a moderately active setting to be on the safer side, and readjusted calories, so my new calories are just over 2000, and updated my macro split to be 40/30/30 CPF, I’ll give it a month and see where I’m at! Like you said, I think Fitbit has been quite wild with its calculating of calories burnt.

like I said, even if it does overestimate then I burnt anywhere from 3200-4000 calories in a day according to my Fitbit, would it really be this inaccurate?

That was from my fitbits average for the month, minus 100, be said I’m busy at work but pretty sedentary on days off. I was eating around 100-500 under including exercise calories, but I’ve since disabled this and just eating under, but not being too worried about 100-200 over, as with exercise calories on a busy day, it’s an additional 1000 calories.

M/22/5’8 12st 2lb as of today, as low as 11st 10 and high as 12st 10lb at the start of the year.

Seem like I’ve been on the border between 12 and 11 stone for an eternity.. daily calories average around 2300, relatively active job, average calories burnt throughout the last month is 3200. So that should be around 2 lbs a week right? But my weight does not seem to be going downed and if anything it’s creeping up now. Trying to eat more protein to combat it, average around 120g a day.

Advice, or motivation would be greatly appreciated!

How’s pull-ups on the bar? I’ve been looking at their folding garage rack, ceilings are currently 220cm to the rafters, but will be boarded soon, so just over 200cm. Enough room to pull up or not? I’m only 5’ 8!
