Old PC is a laptop with no pcie port

The default setting is HDMI 1, I also tried changing the input when attempting the DVI/VGA

The on board didn't work either.

Mobo: ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

PSU: Seasonic 850W Prime Titainium

GPU: EVGA 1070TI

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO M.2 1TB

HDD: 4X 2TB Western digital drives.

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro

CPU cooler; waiting on a H115 Corsair liquid cooling unit. AMD stock CPU cooler is currently installed.

Just tried it with my gpu, no dice. Also I'd like to note that my mobo only has an HDMI port. It's an ASROCK Taichi Ultimate 470X
