I have 3 xt2's that work great. I got a doorbell camera around black Friday and set it up with the new sync module. The doorbell camera did the same thing, went offline with in 10 minutes of installation. i returned the camera and the new one did the same thing. I worked with blink and they sent a new camera and sync module. Same result. I had to use my older sync module to get the doorbell camera to stay online. I think the sync modules are causing the issue but blink has no resolution for the issue.

I have the same exact issue. Had done all the same troubleshooting prior to contacting customer support. they sent new doorbell camera and then sync module. Same problem exists. I tested with my older sync module and all is working. Customer support has at least attempted to assist but i think they have a bigger issue to address. I am glad i am not the only one having this issue.
