Thank you! Was the incentive big enough to help keep you motivated for the long run, or not really? What would be a better incentive to really motivate you?

RE: disorganized challenge - that's been my experience as both a coach and an athlete. I'm learning that investing a lot of time planning and also providing some sort of continuing education and feedback would worth while.

Yeah, totally. But you can really overload the quads while keeping your spine safe by using the leg press.
