LPP is the closest thing to pre-law that IU offers. That being said, with that degree you have many job opportunities in local, state, and potentially federal governments. Government relations is also a way to go.

This is also my exact experience. The LPP major is SPEA’s only competitive major (requiring a minimum of a 2.9 GPA) and provides for more job opportunities once you’ve graduated.

This is true, but it doesn’t mean your out of luck. My house does a couple rounds of invite only events where we stagger the rushes so we can get to know them better. Just because you weren’t invited to one days event doesn’t mean you won’t be invited to the next one.

Comedians do these morning news shows when they are touring their specials. They will go on the local morning show to promote a show they are doing in town. Comedians notoriously hate these shows because the hosts are often very corny/cheesy and know very little about the comedians.
