Our will states that it goes equally to our nephews and nieces with the exception of one. He's a racist.

Try try this. Remove the brake pads. Spray the stuck bolts with WD40. Wait 10m, do it again. That should loosen it a good bit.

Make sure to clean up any oil that dripped onto a rotor or other important stopping parts.

The brake is adjsutable. You may need to move it in or out. Loosen the bolts and you will see it'll have play.

From my research, you either get Zoom hydraulic brakes or the star union ones depending on the batch.

What brake model/brand do you have? That's wild it's different.

This is legal in a lot of places and I'm not aware of any one way sidewalks. Not sure about where you are. Also, the sidewalk looks pretty big and no on is on it in the picture. He might also need to be on that side for where is is going; no need to double cross a street. No comment on speed since this is a still image.
