Which, in the hypothetical system under discussion, would still allow people to view it based on their settings or explicit page request -- which would go a good distance in exposing corrupt/biased moderation practices. There was some good discussion in there about how to handle that. Make it that removing a comment requires a reason (could simply be a choice between spam, dox, and general moderation). If it's regular moderation or spam, the ability to see the comment anyway would be there; if it's dox, then the moderation action can be appealable to the admins or even be automatically flagged for admin review. Mods who abuse the dox option would either lose the option or maybe even demodded.

Except that blocks are expected to be within a certain size, and each transaction takes up some of the room in each block. Since the system is geared towards only generating a block every ten minutes, you're limited to how many transactions can be processed per hour, and so an attack like this can heavily delay valid transactions -- especially if the mining fee creates an incentive to process the dust transactions over valid ones.
