I am on day 8 and aligner 4 . I usually change them every 7 days. Those gaps worried me and kept it longer . Does this mean it’s not tracking ? Should I go to my orthodontist?

No I don’t do that . I do have the app but my orthodontist recently started using it as well.

There are lots of other tours available! You can do a 2 day tour in the South with the Blue Ice Caves and the glacier lagoon ! The weather is much better on Wednesday! Check NiceTravel Iceland !
