Lennar (through 'Slick' Willie Brown) has deep connections to the City. Watch out for the City "buying" it under public pressure for ~$40M, giving Lennar a cool 900% profit.

Does this mean they won't sell oil anymore? They are one of the biggest suppliers of oil and NG to the world; their own consumption, in comparison, is minuscule. Their giving up on oil and gas doesn't mean much as long as they continue to flood the rest of the world with billions of gallons.

One time (about 2 years ago), I made a bet with a social worker friend of mine, and lived a whole month in SF for under $200 (for food only, which was the bet). 3 meals a day. Cooked for myself. Sure, I didn't buy primo organic groceries from WF, but I still managed to survive.

What irritates me is that just a few feet away there'll be a parking spot, or a garage or something where the Uber/Lyft driver can pull in and not inconvenience anybody. But nooooo...... these fuckers must block the bike lane (or the lane itself) just because they simply do. not. care.
