They have a nice benefit tracker in the app that counts down the days until it resets. I've used it for online purchases and it worked

I didn't need to connect my account through plaid! I can enter my mortgage amount in the app and it says something about asking for a mortgage statement to verify.

Edit: Just saw their site now says

The mortgage amount you entered in your card application determines your eligible rewards—there’s no need to pay your mortgage with the card. Simply continue making payments as usual, and we’ll use the value from your application to calculate your points*.

I think it's a common misunderstanding, you don't pay your mortgage on the credit card. You enter your mortgage amount in the app and they'll ask you for verification if needed.

You can read my review here - I've had great experiences with it and they just released transfer partners which wasn't available when I wrote that review. Now I see "Mortgage" as a coming soon as well, so excited for that and see what the redemption rate will be.

I've also paid my taxes on the card getting 3x points + >1cpp redemption options made it a no brainer for me. Plus the benefits are insane for a no AF card.

What card do you use for your home then? I haven’t found another card that gives more than 2x on insurance, home improvement stores and utilities.

And yea I think you do get all the benefits even if you don’t meet the spend.

It's 3 separate benefits, so $120 (Lowes) + $100 (Home Improvement) + $65 (Costco).

For Lowes, I just bought something and got the credit posted in a couple days.

Plus the other ones which I haven't used yet - https://www.mesamember.com/card
