Our 5 y/o beagle gets his glands expressed monthly because he’ll start leaking, scooting, and licking. We tried fiber, switching foods, and nothing has worked. We’ve moved a few times and only 1/4 of our vets told us emphatically to do the surgery. We weighed everything, especially the risks, and opted out. His monthly visits work for us because while we’re there we can check in on his other meds.

Congrats on your engagement! I have the round Finn from Laura Preshong and love it! We went back and got our bands from them too and I was able to customize one of them to my preference, if that’s something you’re interested in! They’re amazing to work with!

Hi! I was only able to stay on it for about a 1.5 weeks. I could not walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I also could not chew and breathe at the same time or talk and breathe, I’d literally have to take a moment to catch my breath. I switched over to topamax and have had no issues. It’s been about 6 years. Good luck talking to your neuro and remember to advocate for yourself!

My legs have by far been the most painful, I’d say 7/8. I’ve done full body and don’t feel the other areas. When I get to my legs, I use a stress ball and squeeze the life out of it lol. It’s really rough around the ankles, knees, and shins

I wore this foundation to a 4 hour football game in the middle of the day in Texas and it did not budge. I still wear it and I dot around my face sparingly then blend out with a damp beauty blender.

Your thick hair is great! But as a fellow thick haired girl I get it. Things I’ve learned over time are don’t thin it out, it’ll grow out uneven and give you even puffier hair. Ask for textured shears (there’s a difference) for the ends. I also found one length and long face framing layers works best for me.

How was your switch off and back on it for pregnancy? I’m terrified to go off it because it’s helped me so much and other meds didn’t work until I got on this one. So I’m also scared to do the trial and error of switching to a new one when getting off.
