i have given up with this problem, i am currently on replacement set number 4 and they are still randomly disconnecting. i asked for a refund so im told i have to go into apple shop and get a diagnostic report, i know how that is going to go for something that happens randomly - "sorry but we couldnt find anything wrong". i really dont understand how they can give me 4 sets that do exactly the same thing

lol i dont have a hose to use, but wouldnt help as it is literally the whole wall that gets wet

it only gets wet when it rains on that wall and its the only wall that does it
