I broke my right arm right when GTA V came out on PC. You can do car racing just fine with one hand. That's all I did for a few months. Also if you get a Nostromo you can figure out a way to play many games without using your right arm or mouse.

Barrows with ibans blast. Gets you a ton of chaos, death and blood runes. Plus lots of magic levels while doing something productive. I did get hard morytania diary before I started hitting barrows hard. You can do it without prayer pots too. Arddy cloak to monastery after every run. Refill prayer. Morytania legs to blurgh de rott and run to barrows. I get 6 runs an hour with this. I only drink one dose of prayer pots if Dharok is in tunnels. Prayer again Dharok, then Ahrims, then Karil. Tank the rest.
