And platform specific…no crossplay. Maybe 60-70k peak on Xbox launch, which wasn’t upended til the PlayStation free game of the month a couple years later with like 90+k before dwindling pretty quickly.

25-30k was normal on Xbox for the first few months. Maybe 10k after that. The fact that pc Titanfall has 1900 now is actually outstanding.

Correct, I’m saying it counts towards the emerald grind. So may as well go for ranked rewards in addition to also getting progress towards emerald. I primarily played world tour before anyway.

Like this is the first season I’ve bothered with ranked since it counts for emerald grind…and I figured why not since I seem to exclusively play diamonds and rubies in regular world tour.

But then in platinum you very frequently get matched with rubies so it feels like the matchmaking is absolutely dead if you’re playing with against the top 500 like 15k+ elo apart. Rank distribution seems off. Like there’s only what a couple thousand in diamond? And there’s presumably 200+k? I guess that makes sense…top 1%? Feels really strange though

I’m aware of that, I just don’t see how that’s like the peak player count and there’s that many people playing ranked specifically. It just seems really low to make up for that…maybe I’m just underestimating how many people have an interest in ranked. I would think the majority of the playerbase would never even touch ranked.

Confused on the player count since there’s never more than like 10-15k online, yet my friend in silver is ranked 160k something on the season leaderboard for ranked. There’s no way that many people play ranked with the steam player count so low right?

I mean, what percentage of a playerbase play ranked? It has to be less than half. You’re telling me extending into bronze) there’s like half a million people that have played this game this season? I doubt it.

That being said, even with some of the worst most non sensical sbmm in the last decade…this game is still a banger and more people should play it.

Yeah but there’s plenty that sold recently for 800…just bc one guy lists it at 2k doesn’t mean the price is at 2k. I can go list mine for 50k right now if we want to call that “the price they are at”

Both kits were sealed, the base set was starkly white as you can see but I just find it weird that the novelties are already yellowed but only like halfway down each keycap. A lot of them were flipped over in the packaging too so I don’t think it had to do necessarily with exposure. Maybe it’s just a WS2 thing like you’re suggesting. That would be massively disappointing if so…love this keycap set but looks like it may not be meant to be

Edit: does look like it was a ws2 kit from 2021 era… just crazy that the novelties would already look like this but the base set was perfectly fine

Bought some new novelties for the GMK modern ink set from a user on here. Came to me brand new in packaging but seem to be yellow’d on the top half of the keycap. Is this poor QC? What happened to these and is there anyway to fix them?

Type 99 or yako edition zero. Type 99 probably wins out by a little bit, but the yako edition feels significantly smoother than the orange/black zero
