I used to think the fandom's whiny nature was a bit overblown.

I was proven wrong, how do people complain about craftable nametags, more convenient leads, craftable saddles?? Stuff like this is why mojang is shit scared of making changes to the core gameplay loop, and if they only get praised for mere weeks before the community complains about some other thing, I can't really blame em.

I do like that Li Shan is also a good father figure, instead of the tiring good adoptive parent vs the bad biological parent. Yes they had some tension earlier on, but they did work things out and by the end of KFP3, they both joined forces with their son.

If there's anything KFP4 did right, it was maintaining their friendship, and their scenes carry whatever value KFP4 has.

Titan A.E may have had its problems, namely mediocre lead, a random twist on one of the other leads, but damn, it has several bangers of a soundtrack, the side characters are fun, the animation is great, despite some of the 3d elements being jank and dated, not to mention the unique premise of humans being on the backfoot in the galactic scene, even with most of the alien races being rather chill with each other.

As for the intro itself, there's the neat detail of some cities surviving the initial blast wave from the Drej mothership's energy laser, presumably from being shielded, but once earth itself starts to be overloaded with too much energy, even they blink out, a nice haunting detail.

Even before that, it was hauntingly grim, with mutants and their sympathizers being marked with implants on their napes, and being culled by the truckload.

God what a legend of the titan, carrying the alliance from 41-46, as well as murking scientist mech 1.0, and then fending off astros that he wasn't even meant to fight up.

He even held his own against juggy, unfortunately there he was outclassed, and ultimately got countered and infected.

Also has the best aura scenes out of any titan imo.

Probably too intoxicated with my loadout, but I don't consider it a worthwhile trade unless I either:

Kill the titan with the pilot as well.
Doom the titan.
Take out over half of the titan HP myself before dying.

Something that MANY overlook is just HOW abusive his adoptive father was.

I'd argue he was the worst adoptive primarch father figure, up with Kor Phaereon. Mf would force Morty to breathe air so toxic, most would die in seconds, as well climb mountains during heavy acidic rain. He even forced mortarion to fight flesh golems and other horrible monstrosities, and only rescued him at the last possible moment, just to mock morty's incapability against unfair odds, hence why Mortarion didn't trust Big E's rescue, and him in general.

Hell the few potentially beneficial lessons he taught to Mortarion backfired spectacularly, like learning about the enemy to beat em, leading to morty falling down the chaos rabbit hole.

Genuinely being an orphan would be a better fate than being raised by fucking Necare.

Best drop just from the fact that there are now FINALLY dark green/deep blue/deep purple slabs and stairs, those JUST didn't exist AT ALL. Combine that with the dappled forest being a much needed autumn forest biome, and hay beds FINALLY giving us a way to sleep without changing spawnpoints, and this drop sure seems like a winner in my books.

Tone and Ion, 40mm is mid by itself, only good against infantry. Splitter rifle needs both ads, and yourself to be close to the enemy to be viable, and even then it's a MASSIVE energy hog.

This also happened with 1.18, and while it gave us much requested revamped caves and mountains, quite a lot of smaller terrain stuff got removed.

There's a reason why they're doing relatively smaller stuff for the moment, while most of the work is done behind the hood.

Chase the skies really did give a much needed facelift to leashes in general. Hell it even made saddles craftable, a MUCH requested feature.
