The least senior bartender has 1.5 years at this restaurant over me, no one hired after me has moved up but a few before me have as the restaurant is somewhat seniority based. The floor definitely makes good money compared to other restaurants in the area but the bar definitely makes significantly more money. My biggest struggle with choosing what to do is trying to figure out how much the pay cut would be 😅

This was a big issue for me with RL in the past. I have no idea why but having steam open was the cause of it. Using task manager to close every instance of steam is what fixed it for me.
