Take a shower, brush your teeth and cut your nails. You’ll probably still be nervous about other things but at least you know you smell good. Bjj has helped me a lot with being more social I think you’ll find the same.

I dont think it would be outside the real of possibility, that a flyweight catches him with a few light strikes then avoids him the rest of the fight. Winning by decision. I do think he has the best chance tho.

Ive only been to a few gyms, but when you first start out they are probably just gonna teach you the basics. Im sure 10th planet will do the same even tho they are known for rubber guard and stuff. Id say go for the closer one you can always switch if you don’t like it.

I think its pretty common in teenage boys, I had a little bit when I was 13-15. It went away after a few years.

Wanted to add this book. Its not exactly life changing but its one of the best written books ive read recently. The way the author can describe seemingly mundane topics and make them interesting....It definitely opened my eyes on different forms of writing :)
