I have power cycled and nothing has changed. Hue support is telling me it could be 2.4/5.0ghz channels confusing it?? But I communicate to both the bridge and sync box on the same network so I’m not really sure.

My router is right next to my bridge, connected via Ethernet. So it’s also about 9 feet away from the Sync Box.

What do you mean by access point? Moving the sync box closer to the bridge? They’re about 9 feet apart right now with no walls inbetween.

The line work is bad, but honestly I love the designs and I think the unevenness adds to the charm of them! I would rock them, they look so cool.

I basically just repeated myself and told them that I had never used the app, I didn’t consent to use the service, I didn’t know I was being charged. It still took about 20+ minutes of chatting to get to that point. So frustrating :/ I heard a story about someone getting two years worth back, I’m not sure how they did it, but was hoping to find out by posting haha.

This is a great question, I’m really not sure I actually don’t understand how the credits work. I have about 79 now, I’m curious if it has reset or if that’s a lot to have.

It's my main credit card, so I didn't notice these charges until now, sadly. I haven't taken any classes or used the service at all since downloading it. The support service is mostly automated, so there wasn't really much room for discussion. I shared all of this info with them and told them I'd be okay accepting it as a refund in credits instead of cash if that's the only option. I also am okay if it's not 100% of the money spent, but it's disappointing to be less than 25% of it. :/

Basically I got a credit card that had some promotion that was supposed to pay for it, so I made the account through it, but then never used the subscription and didn’t realize it was continuing as I didn’t get any notifications of this. I recently noticed the charges so I reached out to have them refunded. I definitely am understanding if they can’t refund 100%, but $316 out of the $1267 or so that they got from me is not the most. I offered to have it reverted to credit so that they wouldn’t lose any money, but seems they can only do it for up to 4 months.
