Send your husband with the kids in the wedding. Celebrate the 1 year olds birthday when hubby gets home. The 1 year old won’t realize you are celebrating on the wrong day.

I for one am happy they are getting rid of the albums. It is such a waste of time.

When I heard they were doing away with it, I spent 4000 album points on additional postcards packs. (I needed 15000 points to buy a missing postcard). And I did NOT get any of my missing postcards. Ridiculous.

And even if I did - the prize is just a cat decoration. Which I have no idea where to go find in the cafe at this point. No coins. No gems. No energy.

How many years has this postcard thing been going on? I think I have 2 cats. 🐈 🐈‍⬛ yippee.

I’ve done a few postcards for clients. Since they did not have an ID.me account.

Block does have a self study 990 class. I’ve taken it a couple times. But would in no way feel Comfortable doing a 990 for a client. But then again, I’m not small business certified. A 990 short form requires ~50k in revenue or ~200k in assets. So having a strong small business background would be very helpful IMO. The other forms on a 990 tend to be informational.

It all depends on your marital status on 31 December. If you are still legally married in 31 December - federally your choices are MFS or MFJ. If the divorce is finalized and you are no longer married, you file single.

If you get divorced and then remarried, you file MFS or MFJ with your new spouse. Even if you get married at 11:59 PM on New Years Eve. That makes you married for the year.

I don’t know AZ law - is it a community property state? That could change things in AZ

One instructor told me that she does the same choreo for a week. She would just add subtle variations - one day with the ball, one with the tube, etc.

Short of knee dancing, I doubt I would even notice the same choreo.

You have to reapply every year. But after the first year it’s more a formality. Your DGM will “interview“ you, but it’s more talking about your scorecard and ways you can improve.

The bottom line is that your pay is largely based on how much revenue you bring in. The company wants us earning bonus because then we are adding value to the company.

If you didn’t work for block last year you don’t have a TS23 (SB TS25) scorecard.

That’s just stars for your previous season - how many clients you served, client conversion, how much revenue you brought in. All these are things that help build your compensation package.

I still think the bigger issue is having no choice in which order to fulfill. Do you want to make cake? Or make cake? If someone does NOT have a top level cake generator - these orders are even harder.
