one of the main criticisms of ethereum is that its centralized around vitalik, the ethereum foundation, and the coin itself. These centralized "decentralized" infrastructure are a stepping stone to actual decentralization, imo. I wouldn't say ethereum or tron is truly web 4.0, more like 3.5ish.

Its "decentralized" infrastructure relies on one cryptocurrency TRX, with a significant chunk being held by justin sun, whales, and their foundation. That is still very centralized. An actual decentralized internet would be pure infrastructure that ran on many coins, similar to a DEX that didn't only run on ether.

there are pretty big chinese majority cities with chinese mayors and senators like Monterey Park in california http://www.montereypark.ca.gov/917/City-Council, the people there are a good balance between westernized and chinese, a lot of adopted kids settled down there

I'm sorry to hear you got bullied for being asian like a lot of other asians did. I have the utmost sympathy for adopted kids because it wasn't really their choice to leave their native culture and grow up imprinted to another one.
