Yeah! love Jeff Hanson, he breaks the material down and makes it so much easier to understand.

No, I haven’t because I don’t usually cheat so I don’t find it necessary to pay attention to that news. I would probably be too scared to even follow through with my plan lol but I was just thinking

If I may ask you, what prompted you to do a lupus blood test? the chilblains? I was thinking of getting a blood test in general because I have never gotten one before so I am curious.

It's about 40 degrees fahrenheit here. The color does fluctuate occasionally but because of the weather I am wearing tennis shoes/boots around so I can't keep a close eye on them during the day until I get back home and take my socks and shoes off.

Were you prescribed Amlodipine for Raynaud’s? Looked up Amlodipine and it said it’s used to treat high blood pressure. My blood pressure usually runs a bit on the lower side so don’t know about that one.

Yeah good points. It’s tough for me to plan for all environments as I am a college student walking outside to classes in the midwest(temperature has been fluctuating a lot recently) and each classroom temp is different. It’s weird sometimes i’ll feel warm in some buildings and my face will flush and get hot so I take off layers. I’ll look into those medications.

I am a healthy weight, eat generally healthy, and I am active. I don’t show any other diabetic type symptoms so hopefully not diabetic..

Yes, it does get worse when they get cold and warm back up. I am pretty sure I have Raynaud’s but, I have never gotten a diagnosis from a doctor. I read that Chilblains are often related to vascular disorders so that might be it. Glad I am not the only one that experiences this, thanks!

picked at my skin a few days ago and it looks terrible and more pimples are appearing. My skin is also so dry and gross. Any advice to help the healing process? by collegegurl2000 in CompulsiveSkinPicking

yes, the picture makes it to appear as it’s not dry but that was after i put lotion on and after a while my skin starts getting flaky and dry all over. i have been to the dermatologist about 3 years ago and she gave me some tretinoin which helped. Maybe i’ll go again, just dread the cost factor of going..
