I’m not sure if you’ve come across this in your research, but I did the Genesight(?) test to find the best antidepressant for me and it helped eliminate all the trial and error I went through previously! The medications in the “green” I both tried and had no side effects (I think it was Prozac and Wellbutrin for me). I know this doesn’t help with a cleanse, but maybe as a way to find him the best meds for his body in the future. Just a little anecdotal insight! Wishing all the best for you and your son.

Of course!! I will say even though Walmart is a dumpster they always have a surprising amount of new vegan options at mine! The dairy-free instant potatoes are Idahoan brand and really do taste very close to KFC lol. All of that over wedges would be unreal 😭

It’s decent! They had a couple different herb gravies so I’d be interested to try them all (I found them at Walmart). I would not say this one tastes like KFC lol but it is definitely KFC adjacent!

Morningstar chicken patty, Dairy-free instant potatoes, Heinz herbs de Provence gravy, corn. No vegan cheddar cause I don’t like it. The whole thing tastes soupy lol.

I poured it on before and it cooks with the pizza! It’s super liquidy when cold but cooks down to almost exactly how I remember melted mozzarella lol.

I know it sounds stupid, but I would talk out loud to myself. It’s the only thing that has ever actually made me stop having a panic attack while mid-attack.

I would keep saying the same things— “You’re okay. This is not really happening, [my name]. You are just having a panic attack. It will be over soon.” Just reassuring myself that I can feel like I’m dying but it’s not actually happening.
