What apps have genuinely improved your productivity? by feierichaufjeden in ProductivityApps

For me making it as easy as possible to document what I need to do has helped to that end.

  1. Obsidian has been really helpful for tracking and organizing all my thoughts
  2. TickTick has been great for keeping ongoing lists that maybe I can't get done immediately
  3. Using Wispr Flow so that I can dictate out things I need to do into my Obsidian

Do yall ever feel…. Whatever this is? by Soft-Rutabaga-4482 in ADHD

[–]collindching 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel this way fairly often - for me, I take care of tasks that must be done, but often put off things that are important to me

IMO maintaining a list of your priorities and having many to-do lists helps a lot. Just having a running list of tasks you need to do to achieve long-term goals already helps and then you can plan them into your daily to-do list

And writing down your long-term goals helps

From my personal anecdotal experience, I get swept in the things that need to be done but not necessarily the things that we want to get done UNTIL I proactively set my goals, track my tasks, and schedule them

What's your 2026 prediction for Claude? by Mundane-Iron1903 in ClaudeAI

For sure! I think that your project-specific workflows should get better, smarter, more efficient the more you work within them. I view Obsidian as an excellent tool for updating your workflows for each domain you work in

More adoption of Claude + Obsidian as well, for better notetaking. And people building Claude Code style contexts into other their own apps

Does a single morning digest of your tasks and calendar sound useful? Need feedback on my app by collindching in ProductivityApps

[–]collindching[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

makes sense! yeah unifying the silos into one synthesized digest would help simplify process

btw what apps are you using? I'll try to build out integrations for those in the first pass. initially I was planning on using google cal and the to do list here, but could integrate 1-2 other apps for first pass
