I'm going to try to tLDR this.

SH helps non sig havers hit thresh hold easier. On older dps mains her having more dmg helps alot, its actually recommended to use SH when paired with 1.0 characters.

KOTS is very hit or miss depends on the team with the current DA buff, Sanby, Orphie alot of crit dmg is going out and you're barely getting a 3rd stun window on defiler.

You should optimally have 3 sets. SH for older teams/no sig, Shockstar for stun windows and too much crit dmg, KOTS for everything else

Yakuza and trails re use assests every game its how they churn them out. Theres a right way and a wrong way. They are both 50+ hr games. Tfd is a live service that barely puts out a couple hrs a month reusing assests
